I am very pleased to see the new changes that FHA has brought in. Except for the seller concession rule I believe all other changes will ensure FHA will be around to help our clients for many years to come. In my area home sales are exploding and most buyers are using FHA financing. It is good to see that NAR has a voice to help keep the decision makers in our financial market at bay. KEEP ON KEEPING ON REALTORS!
